This morning i had a wacky dream about my ex and a friend. My dream started out at my job's auditorium. Someone important is making a speech. Now as a coindence my ex and my friend is in the audience. I'm around too. One is sittiing on side the other on the other side. My friend comes toward me and chats about something. Over his shoulder, I see my ex eyeing us. Meanwhile, I look down and notice my legs are in casts. Confused I ask a stranger girlfriend what happened to my legs. They were fine a minute ago now they are in casts. She tells me that I was in an accident. I can't remember what she said but I was accident. Then, something within tells me..am I married to (my friend). She replies yes. Shocked....I didn't say a word. How did this happened?? How did I get married so fast without remember the wedding day and the accident???
Still confused...I let those questiions go...now going back between my ex and my friend. So, I discover I'm married and temporialy crippled. My ex is coming my way while "husband" is talking to me. Rage inflames...I'm arguing tomy ex where he has no right getting jealous over me. Agruement continues then suddenly, my friend/husband swoopes off my chair and carries me on his shoulders. My ex is walking behind us still talking. We ignore him. A second goes by my ex disappears.
Now what do you think about this. Not a married woman.

Re: kooky dream
Wed, September 26, 2007 - 3:10 PMok off the top of my head, does marriage, or commitment for that matter, equal paralysis for you? Was your ex jealous of your relationship with your friend in waking? Do you or did you in your relationship with your ex feel stuck, like you couldn't move, like you needed to be rescued?? -

Re: kooky dream
Fri, September 28, 2007 - 11:10 AMI remember when I didn't have a car for awhile, I would say I felt like my legs were cut off. I felt very powerless when I didn't have the mobility I desired. Is there something that is keeping you from wandering freely?
What was your feeling when your friend picked you up to carry you off? Were you relieved or did you feel like now you were just someone else's pawn to move around?
In general, it seems like a theme in the dream is the inability to control or keep track of what's happening in your life. Make sure you are making/owning your own decisions. -
