I recently read the book, The Dream Game, by Ann Faraday and it was spectacular. I recommend everyone read it, even if you aren't interested in dreams, you will be once you've read this book and realized how incredible useful and valuable they are. It's basically a how-to book on interpreting your own dreams, it's really remarkably easy when you know what to look for. Seriously people, if you are at all interested in dreams and understanding them, then you must check this book out.
