Talk in their sleep or walk in their sleep? I talk in my sleep regularly. I actually can pass between worlds before I sleep while I talk but often I will sit up in bed and have a real conversation while I am sleeping and not remember a word of what was said. My dad walks in his sleep on a regular basis and often wakes up sitting on the end of his bed. Anyone else sleep walk or sleep talk?

Mon, January 28, 2008 - 8:41 PMI walk in my sleep as a child but no longer. I do talk in my sleep you can carried on a conversation at times with me while asleep. Actually I think there are many nights that I have more activity going on than during by waking hours.
